We are seeking a District Manager to oversee our Wendy’s restaurants located in the Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee.

Springfield Investments LLC owns and operates 15 Wendy’s restaurants in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and we are looking to expand. As a District Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

Provide overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 5-8 Wendy’s Restaurants to ensure that the Brand Standards, Company Vision and Employment Promises are being met in each restaurant.
Lead and coach in a way that each Restaurant General Manager meets or exceeds the Annual Operating plan established for each of their restaurants.
Accomplishes your objectives by role modeling Wendy’s Core Values.
Actively selects, trains, and develops your managerial employees daily to achieve key results in Sales, Profits, and other key metrics to support the company’s success.
Lead and Organize new restaurant openings.
Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and enforced per the handbook.
Perform regular visits to ensure restaurants are following Food Safety, Employee Safety, Customer Safety Standards and are ready to do business daily.
Oversee training, staffing, and succession planning for all positions in the restaurants.
Ensure customer relation procedures are being executed and verify that customer complaints and issues are handled in a timely manner.
Perform weekly meeting to review results and plans with your General Managers and Subordinate Managers, as necessary.

Qualifications:

Be at least 18 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or the equivalent. (Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent preferred)
Multi-unit: 1 years (Preferred)
Able to pass a Criminal background check
US work authorization

Work Locations:

Multiple locations

  • Alabama: Centre and Rainsville
  • Georgia: Calhoun, Dalton, Rockmart, and Rome
  • Tennessee: Chattanooga, Cleveland, and Ooltewah
